Just choose an open date and time, and send a sentence about what you want to build along with your name, company name, and email address. No phone number or documents are needed. Our staff review your request and send you an email confirming the booking.
Talk with Your Project Manager
Your project manager asks questions and confirms with you what you want to build and the cost range. They organize what you discuss on the spot. Anything still undecided can stay that way.
On to a Full Estimate
Once you are satisfied with the scope and the cost range, we refine the requirements and prepare a full estimate. When you move on to the estimate, we set up a dedicated screen for you, where you can review the estimate and our proposal for how to proceed. You are free to stop at any point.

Determined by the scope of what we build. The basis for the amount is written in the estimate
- The number of screens, the types of users, integration with external services, data migration, supported devices, and operations after launch: these six points determine the amount
- Our AI-driven development setup reduces the effort, so we can offer a lower cost
- We provide in writing the contract type (time-and-materials or fixed-price), the scope of maintenance, and how spec changes are handled
For projects that use AI to generate business revenue, we also offer a co-creation model in which you pay according to results.

Is there a charge for the estimate?
No. Both the first call and the full estimate based on refined requirements are free. Costs arise only once development starts, and before that we tell you the amount and the contract type in writing.
If I ask for an estimate, do I have to place an order?
No. You are free to stop at the estimate. We will not contact you for sales purposes afterward either. Feel free to use our estimate to compare with other companies.
How much will I learn on the first call?
You sort out what you want to build together with your project manager, and we tell you the cost range. We provide the full estimate after the call, once the requirements are refined.
How do the ways to consult differ?
There are three. With “Consult Now,” you start a video call right here on this page during hours when our staff are available. With “Book a Date and Time,” you talk with your project manager by video call at a date and time that suits you. With “Request Through Our Tool,” there is no call: you proceed by answering questions on screen in our tool, “projectAI.” The estimate is free whichever way you choose.
Can I ask even if my requirements are not settled?
Yes. In fact, we expect you to consult us before they are settled. Just write a sentence about what you want to build, and your project manager will sort it out by asking questions during the call. You do not need a requirements document.
Can we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes. If you wish, we will send you an NDA along with our first exchange. We hold ISMS certification (ISO/IEC 27001).
Can I ask about small fixes or adding features to an existing system?
Yes. The smaller the scope, the sooner we can give you an estimate. If you have documents describing the existing system’s specifications, please attach them later.
What happens after I book?
Our staff review your request and send you a link to your dedicated screen in the booking confirmation email. On the day, open that screen and talk with us right there by video call. Your project manager writes in your organized needs and the estimate, and you can review them on the same screen after the call. You log in with the link in the email or a verification code sent by email; no password is needed.
Do I need to turn my camera on? Is the call recorded?
You can keep your camera off. The call takes place within this website, and it is not recorded.
Can I proceed without a call?
Yes. Apply through “Request Through Our Tool” on this page. Once our staff approve it, you can prepare for the estimate in our tool, “projectAI,” by answering questions. You can also switch to a call with your project manager partway through.
