To this end, we shall establish the following action guidelines on quality.
We define quality clearly and identify the gap between the ideal and the current state.
We regularly set quality objectives and work to achieve them under the guidance of a person in charge.
We monitor results, take market changes and feedback seriously, and continually improve.
