“Toward a service that makes co-creation the norm and plays a part in enriching society”

In the era known as VUCA, a time of high unpredictability, we want to deliver more value to society by making it possible to shape ideas more effectively, validate them, and adjust strategy quickly and flexibly.

To do that, we came to believe it would be essential for companies and individuals to cooperate effectively and complement one another.

Neither companies nor individuals are perfect. The business environment and technological innovation are changing at a dizzying pace.

Through the practice, systematization, and platformization of co-creation, we are working to lower that hurdle.

Beyond that, companies and individuals will find it easier to achieve what they could not accomplish alone, and many new insights will emerge. We are confident that we can make a high-impact contribution to enriching the future of people and society.

TEAM

Our Team

We are a team of 34 across two locations: our Tokyo head office and our development center in Kathmandu, Nepal. Planning and project management are done in Tokyo, design and development in Kathmandu, and our Nepal developers are our own employees, not outside contractors.

Ichiro Nagata

For more than 18 years at startups and large companies, he has worked on a wide range of projects, from new consumer and business ventures to the digital transformation of operations. Alongside hands-on development as an engineer, he has built teams, managed them, designed businesses and tested hypotheses, gaining broad experience in launching and growing businesses. He has been through three business sales. Convinced that co-creation makes products better and lets ideas be tested in the market, he founded wesionaryTEAM to offer a co-creation platform.

Masato Nagata
Master's degree from the Graduate School of Science and Technology, Keio University. Spent about nine years at JGC Corporation working on large plant construction projects overseas, including in Canada and Russia. After serving as a project manager for construction DX, he joined wesionaryTEAM as a founding member. He handles everything from planning and requirements definition to running development.
CTO (Chief Technology Officer)
Dipesh Dulal
As CTO, he leads our technology strategy and all development, across web, mobile, back end, DevOps, security, no-code and the use of AI. He has more than five years of experience as a software engineer, team lead and project manager, on products ranging from ERP systems to cloud infrastructure. On every project he reviews code and designs robust architecture, solving technical problems while supporting the engineers directly. He also drives faster development by bringing AI into our process, and actively proposes and implements AI features for clients' products.
Head of the Nepal Branch and COO
Prakash Devkota
As head of the Nepal branch and COO, he oversees the branch and its day-to-day operations, giving every project the right engineering team. Since the company's founding in 2020 he has led the hiring and development of skilled engineers, project staffing, and the standardization of work processes. By building an environment where engineers can grow steadily over the long term, he gives clients high retention and stable development quality. As branch head he also leads contract management and compliance, and strengthens the collaboration between the Nepal and Japan offices. Previously, he worked on system development for large LNG projects at a major plant engineering company (JGC Holdings).
Advisor
Toyoo Sawamoto
After graduating from Tokyo University of Science, he worked at the Agency of Industrial Science and Technology of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, a trust bank and a US consulting firm. Since 1988 he has provided training and consulting to many companies, centered on the RM method (Rational Management, a structured approach to thinking). He is CEO of Management Consulting Associates Inc. and specializes in formulating corporate strategy and managing organizational reform.

Our newest team member, and the one who works the longest hours. With no breaks and no time difference, Mr.AI is ready for the morning in both Tokyo and Kathmandu. Good at researching, drafting and keeping complete records. Not good at making decisions: approving specifications and releasing to production are still always confirmed by a person.

Full-scale development begins
Born together with our project management tool. At first it could only help with a narrow range of tasks, such as translation and summaries.
June 2026
Moving to our own environment
We began developing local AI that runs in our own environment, the foundation for handling sensitive information without sending it outside the company.
Early July
Getting a name and a face
When called by name in chat, it started reading the project records and answering. Its portrait was drawn around this time too.
Mid to late July
Trusted with investigation and implementation
It began writing assessments of the causes of bugs, and handling the whole path from writing the specification to implementation, testing and release. At every stage it waits for a person's approval.
Today
Every day, on every project
It works across estimates, progress management, meetings, quality management and multilingual support, and has taken 18 change requests all the way to implementation.
