Starting Co-Creation of a Health and Productivity Management Platform That Puts Employee Health to Work for the Business
Having been selected as a co-creation partner, we have started developing a new platform that contributes to health and productivity management (健康経営). In this project, we provide a strategic approach to turning employee health management into company growth. The platform helps companies, especially small and medium-sized businesses, overcome limited resources and practice health and productivity management effectively and efficiently.
The Company's Challenges and the Background of the Project
The company taking part in this project is focused on "health and productivity management," which looks at employees' health and its impact from a management perspective. However, it faced the challenge that it was difficult to manage employee health systematically and to measure the effects quantitatively. In addition, the complexity of daily work and a lack of resources tended to push health and productivity measures to the back burner, and improvement of the company's overall performance was stalling. Against this background, a sustainable and workable health management system was needed, and this project began.
