Development Begins on an Industry-Specific Recruitment Agency Platform
We have been selected as a co-creation partner to help solve challenges in the recruitment agency industry, and have begun developing a recruitment platform. The goal of this project is to develop a job site and career change support service specialized for taxi drivers, security staff, and similar roles. Working closely with our client, we aim to provide a more effective and efficient matching service.
The Client's Challenges and the Background to the Project
Our client faced the challenge of being unable to efficiently manage job postings in specific industries and coordinate with multiple recruitment agents. As a result, communication between hiring companies and agents did not go smoothly, making accurate matching of job seekers and quick responses difficult. Behind the project is a shared understanding that a specialized matching system is needed to energize the flow of talent across the industry.
System Features and Expected Benefits
The system at the heart of this project lets hiring companies post job listings freely, and includes message management features that make matching with agents go smoothly. Agents, in turn, will be able to search industry-specific job listings efficiently and propose them to job seekers.
Expected benefits include higher matching rates between job seekers and hiring companies, and a better flow of talent across the industry. The project is still at an early stage, but going forward, we aim to solve the challenges of many companies and job seekers through the system and support their sustainable growth.
