The platform aims to connect hiring companies with recruitment agents effectively and to stimulate the flow of talent across the industry.
The Client's Challenges and Project Background
Miraiyu Co., Ltd. ran an industry-specialized career change support service to help with hiring taxi drivers and security staff, but faced the challenge that existing job listings alone could not meet diverse talent needs. This increased the need for a new platform that would work with agents to enable broader talent matching.
