Job Description

We are looking for a designer with a very strong interest in business co-creation who can analyze and identify needs using systematic methods and express them effectively. The role calls for broad knowledge and experience in capturing needs, an open mindset, and a strong desire to learn and adapt to new things.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to define and create useful UI/UX while ensuring alignment with user needs and product goals

• Create personas, journey maps, user stories, process flows, and similar materials to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively

• Conduct user research, evaluate feedback, and continuously improve and optimize the UX

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards that maintain consistency and quality across the entire product

• Stay on top of industry trends and new technologies and reflect them in the design process

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 or more years of UI/UX design experience

• Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD

• Knowledge of and experience with the principles and best practices of design thinking or user-centered design

• Experience conducting user research (UX research) and usability testing

• Confidence in your problem-solving and analytical skills

• A strong communicator who values teamwork

• Eager to learn new technologies and able to adapt to change

• Understanding of and alignment with our core values (pursuing customer success, continuous improvement, and increasing repeatability)

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience designing and launching a business of your own

• Experience creating animations
