QA Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a QA Engineer with a strong interest in business co-creation who can get actively involved and raise quality. In addition to broad QA knowledge and hands-on experience, the role calls for active involvement in the business, an open mindset, and a strong desire to learn and adapt to new things.

Responsibilities

• Handle test planning, test case creation, test script creation, and test execution for a variety of tests, including functional, integration, regression, and performance tests

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify, reproduce, and document bugs and to support development

• Continuously improve testing methodologies, processes, and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of QA activities

• Monitor, analyze, and communicate test results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement

• Understand the product’s purpose and help achieve it in the best possible way

• Stay on top of industry trends and new technologies and reflect them in the QA process

• Contribute to creating an environment that embodies and promotes our mission and core values

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 or more years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance

• Proficiency with QA methods, tools, and processes

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium and Cypress

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and an understanding of diversity and inclusion

• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to change

• Understanding of and alignment with our core values (pursuing customer success, continuous improvement, and increasing repeatability)

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Programming experience

• Experience in business development and validation
