Product Manager

We aim to provide a business co-creation platform. Our goal is to build an environment where, amid the constantly changing conditions of the VUCA era, ideas can be sharpened, validated, and quickly improved or course-corrected based on facts. Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager with a very strong interest in business co-creation, a drive to build the right things the right way, and a commitment to results. The role calls for broad knowledge and experience in business development, an open mindset, and a strong desire to learn and adapt to new things.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and diagram product requirements, purpose, background, and metrics so that stakeholders can collaborate smoothly

• Use design thinking and other structured product development methods and mindsets to help the team take part effectively in business development

• Use UX research methods to gain a deep understanding of users and the market, capture needs accurately, and bring the product into sharper focus

• Facilitate strategy formulation and decision-making for defining and executing the MVP (minimum viable product), KPIs, and PMF metrics

• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and effectively provide up-to-date information on progress, issues, and results

• Stay on top of industry trends and new technologies and reflect them in product development

• Contribute to creating an environment that embodies and promotes our mission and core values

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 or more years of product management experience

• Extensive knowledge of and experience with design thinking methods, wireframes, and prototyping tools (such as Figma and Adobe XD)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and an understanding of diversity and inclusion

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time

• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to change

• Understanding of and alignment with our core values (pursuing customer success, continuous improvement, and increasing repeatability)

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience designing and launching a business of your own

• Programming experience
