Software Engineer (Intern/Junior)

We aim to provide a business co-creation platform. Our goal is to build an environment where, amid the constantly changing conditions of the VUCA era, ideas can be sharpened, validated, and quickly improved or course-corrected based on facts. We are looking for people who will practice co-creation with us and help make this platform a reality.

Job Description

We are looking for an engineer with a strong interest in business co-creation who wants to understand it deeply and embody it. In addition to proactively learning and applying technology, the role calls for active involvement in the business, an open mindset, and a strong desire to learn and adapt to new things.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, validation, and optimization of features under the guidance of senior members

• Contribute to ideation, design, and business development, and help drive continuous improvement

• Stay on top of industry trends and new technologies and put them to use in business development

• Take part in code reviews and improve code quality

• Troubleshoot technical issues under the guidance of senior members

• Contribute to creating an environment that embodies and promotes our mission and core values

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 or more years of software development experience or academic experience in the same field

• Basic-level development skills in at least one of React, Next.js, Flutter, Go, Python, or Node.js

• Basic knowledge of GCP or AWS

• Problem-solving and analytical skills

• Communication and teamwork skills, and an understanding of diversity and inclusion

• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to change

• Understanding of and alignment with our core values (pursuing customer success, continuous improvement, and increasing repeatability)

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Basic knowledge of or experience with “design thinking”

• Hands-on experience with multiple technologies from our technology stack
