DevOps/SRE Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a DevOps/SRE Engineer with a strong interest in business co-creation who can build secure infrastructure that keeps operations highly productive. In addition to broad knowledge and experience in infrastructure, the role calls for the ability to collaborate with other teams and lead the building of practical infrastructure, as well as a strong desire to learn and adapt to new things.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that make product deployment more efficient

• Use the latest tools and best practices to monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of the infrastructure

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement best practices for infrastructure operations

• Implement automation solutions for infrastructure management, monitoring, and incident response

• Continuously improve the infrastructure to maximize reliability, efficiency, and scalability

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and work with the team to address potential bottlenecks and performance problems

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 or more years of hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE

• Strong familiarity with AWS or GCP

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation

• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, and AWS CodeDeploy

• Broad knowledge of and experience in building secure infrastructure

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Communication and teamwork skills, and an understanding of diversity and inclusion

• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to change

• Understanding of and alignment with our core values (pursuing customer success, continuous improvement, and increasing repeatability)

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Programming skills (especially in our technology stack)

• Experience participating in business development
