Bachelor’s degree in Business in Information Management or related field.
2+ years experience in operations preferred.
Strong financial system and business administration understanding
A facilitator and contributor to the HR duties like recruitment, performance, payroll etc. to name a few
Receivable/Payable/Fixed asset/HR payroll management
Familiarity with finance regulations
IT product and services sector experience is mandatory
Strong communication skills and IT fluency
Qualities like leadership, and team building is mandatory
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
